October 2025 trade reporting described Li Auto signing with DOSCAR GROUP, one of Kazakhstan’s larger independent dealer groups, to promote L-series hybrid and electric models. Plans cited an Almaty retail centre covering sales, OEM parts, warranty and maintenance, with a November opening window in the same notes.
This sits beside (not instead of) other Chinese brands already inside the KAU official-dealer table. It does not change EAEU customs maths for a private grey import.
Desk takeaway: when a buyer asks for “Li Xiang / Li Auto into KZ”, ask whether they mean DOSCAR retail or Ningbo CBU + broker — two different VAT/warranty stories.
