Li Auto opens with the new L9 in Almaty and signs Allur assembly in Kostanay

On 16 July 2026 Li Auto presented the updated L9 in Almaty in Ultra and Livis trims. Local and trade press (Newauto.kz, Gasgoo, MarkLines) treat this as the model’s overseas launch window. The same week Li Auto announced a partnership with Allur Group to assemble L-series vehicles (L6 / L8 / L9) at Allur’s plant in Kostanay — Li Auto’s first manufacturing base outside China. Just Auto and Qazinform describe series production in 2027, not a 2026 SOP week.
Reported official Kazakhstan retail stickers (not Ningbo FOB): L9 Ultra ~43.99 million tenge, L9 Livis ~51.9 million tenge. Confirm the current booklet; do not paste those numbers onto an export SKU.
An assembly agreement is not proof a given VIN is already built in Kostanay. Until VIN/OTTS and a public SOP week exist, write planned CKD/SKD for 2027, not “already made in KZ” on a buy-request.
